🔹 Advance Payment Policy

All of our services are provided on a prepaid basis. Whether you are selecting a monthly, quarterly, or yearly package, payment must be made in full before the service begins.

This allows us to allocate time, resources, and creative planning specifically for your brand.

🔹 No Refunds After Confirmation

Once a service is confirmed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds — either full or partial — under any circumstances.

This is because:

  • Our team immediately begins working on content creation, planning, and scheduling.

  • Digital service hours cannot be recovered once allocated.

  • Each package is custom-tailored, and effort is invested upfront.

🔹 Exceptions & Adjustments

While we do not offer refunds, we always want our clients to be satisfied. If you face any issue with delivery, quality, or timelines, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve the matter through:

  • Service adjustments

  • Revisions (if applicable)

  • Extended support within the scope of the original package

However, the resolution does not include refunds.

🔹 Subscription Renewals

For recurring plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly), you may cancel the next billing cycle by notifying us at least 3 days before renewal. Any charges made after the renewal date are non-refundable.
